Start with oil not toil. In order words, you should start with everything and anything that will reduce unnecessary pressure or slow down progress. It is to start with that which will maximize productivity, marketability and profit.
Oil has the unique ability to deal with friction. It lubricates rusty joints and makes them move around gracefully without wear or tear. In the absence of oil, engines get knocked. joints lose their fluidity, surfaces lose their shine and joints lose their flexibility. Moveables become immoveable. Value is lost, harmony is disrupted and progress retarded
Oil is the antidote against toil. It is the precursor for bonding, team work and harmony. Aside the fact that oil lubricates engines, it also oils wheels for smooth ride. Oiled wheels are swift and safe on the highway. Aside the assurance of comfort and speed, well-oiled wheels also guarantee safety.
The wheels that will drive that new start may be your vision, it needs to be polished to remain sharp. The oiling of wheels may imply straightening out relationships; strengthening contacts or widening networks. This can never be overemphasized.
