Start with God and when you get going, do not relegate Him. He is the greatest ever starter and whatever he starts, he finishes it flying colours
You need to start with God because in the beginning of the beginnings, there was God! He is thus your most experienced, credible and reliable source and resource. He started the beginning with absolutely nothing but after just six days, everything was in place and in fact everything he made was described as good
At the risk of sounding overtly religious, God is the one-stop shop you cannot do without. You need God not because you want that new step to be successful, you need him because you cannot exist to the fullest of your potentials without Him because it is in Him that all things consist.
While it is in a man to plan, it is in God to direct his path. It is in God to make his plans succeed. The greatest ever partnership you can have is that partnership with God. In Him is inspiration unlimited. In Him is resource inexhaustible, in Him is lightened path, with Him is victory undebatable
Many people get carried away by their loaded resumes, but a loaded resume without God is a collection to loathe. Others hold tight to past antecedents of success without the inkling that success outside God is less than a mist
To the real issue however, whatever the new start you are up to this year is, it can only have an enduring impact and life if it is in partnership with He who can never die. Interestingly, while many seek God's partnership in isolated projects, God is desirous on partnering with them for life. God does not offer rental services. You cannot hire Him to perform in your event as a guest. He wants to feature prominently as the event planner. In short, he wants to own the owner of the event and not just make a cameo appearance in the show
Starting with God is the wisest thing to do because when God is involved, good is inevitably involved
