Sometimes we discourage people we should have inspired. We become unnecessarily critical about what they did wrong or what they failed to do rather than on what they did right or initiatives they have brought on board. As a result, we emphasize more on condemnation instead of commendation. The former batters morale while the later inspires non-performers to productivity.

Born in Jos, North Central, Nigeria, had his primary education at Nurudeen Primary School, Jos and secondary school education at Government College Pankshin, Plateau State. He proceeded to the prestigious FCVMLT Vom, Plateau State for his AIMLT and FMLSCN, Master of Science and PhD from University of Jos.
